Time to talk about dance ministry. Something I would’ve hated, I would’ve never partaken in, something that is too far outside of my comfort zone. Then, we get to Costa Rica, go to ministry, and meet Jose. He runs a dance company called “House of Raw”, through Til He Returns. He with a couple of his friends, teach dance classes nightly. Me & the other racers get to go to the dance classes, and learn & dance & watch some incredibly talented people.

If I had one word to describe it, it would be freedom. there is soooooo much freedom in dance. I think growing up very traditionally, it was somewhat understood that dancing wasn’t really accepted in the church. It was something no one really talked about, but something I just looked down on. But, being here, I’ve realized there is so much freedom in dance. You get to let go, and WORSHIP. I never thought that I would see the Holy Spirit so tangibly through dance. I watch these men and women use their bodies and their moves for the kingdom. I haven’t been to a dance secession where the name of Jesus wasn’t brought up. AMAZING!! AHHHHH!! I LOVE SEEING HIM IN NEW WAYS.

ecclesiastes 3:4 says, “there is a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance”

How blessed are we that we get to worship God through all things. singing? worship. a good conversation about the kingdom? worship. laundry? worship. dancing? WORSHIP!!!

what is stopping you from worshipping Him, today?
