I addressed a lot of the ‘whys’ in my last blog. I am writing this blog for all of my detail oriented supporters. I have had a lot of questions about where I am going, when I am leaving, and what I will be doing while gone. I will hopefully answer these all in this blog!
I am doing the World Race Gap Year program. I will be leaving September 1st of this year and be gone for 9 months. In these 9 months away, I will be visiting 3 different countries. I will spend my first 3 months in Nsoko, eSwatini (Swaziland) We will focus on fighting poverty through training another generation of leaders. We will be doing children’s ministry and community development. The next 3 months i will spend in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. While in Ethiopia, I will be doing children’s ministry and elder care. I will be working with the HOPEthiopia organization. The last 3 months of my journey I will be spending in Cambodia. Community outreach is one of the main focuses.
I could not be more excited to be getting further along in this journey and I am already so blessed from all the love I have received. I have really cut down on my social media use in the past few years, but please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments!
